These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between FORZATS EDPK and the people who order personalised fairy tales through this website. By submitting a request the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

2. Subject
The company creates personalised fairy tales for children and for adults, made to order. Each tale is written from the materials and wishes supplied by the customer and delivered in one of the following forms:
- digital tale — a text file delivered electronically;
- printed book — a collection of five or more tales with illustrations;
- printed postcard — a single tale with an illustration.
Illustrations are drawn by an artist or generated with artificial intelligence, depending on the option chosen at ordering.
3. Formation of the contract
- The customer submits a request through the form on the website, choosing an option and giving contact details.
- The company replies within 1-2 working days and sends a questionnaire that collects the details of the future tale.
- Once the content and the scope are agreed, the company states the final price.
- The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the price and the payment is received.
The contract is concluded in Bulgarian or in English, at the customer's choice.
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown on the website are starting prices ("from") and are stated in euro. The final price depends on the volume of work — the number of tales in a book and the number of illustrations — and is set during the agreement stage described in section 3.
Prices are final. No VAT is charged, on the grounds of Art. 113(9) of the Bulgarian VAT Act, as the company is not registered under that act.
Indicative prices at present:
- one digital tale without illustrations — on request;
- one digital tale with an artist's illustration — on request;
- one digital tale with an AI-generated illustration — on request;
- a printed book of five tales with an artist's illustrations — on request, with each tale beyond the fifth charged separately — on request;
- a printed postcard with an artist's illustration — on request, with each illustration beyond the first charged separately — on request;
- a printed postcard with an AI-generated illustration — on request.
Payment is made in advance, after the details are agreed and before work on the tale begins.
5. Lead times
- reply to a request — 1-2 working days;
- writing a digital tale — 7-10 working days from receipt of payment;
- producing a printed book — 10-15 working days before dispatch;
- producing a printed postcard — 5-7 working days before dispatch.
Lead times run from the moment the customer has supplied every material needed to start the work.
6. Delivery
Digital tales are delivered electronically and require no physical shipping. Printed items are shipped to the countries of the European Union and to Indonesia. The terms are set out in Delivery and Lead Times.
7. Right of withdrawal
A tale is made to the customer's individual order and to their specifications. For this reason the right of withdrawal under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act does not apply — on the grounds of Art. 57(3) of that act, and for digital tales also Art. 57(13).
The company nevertheless refunds the payment in full for as long as work on the tale has not started. The full rules are set out in Returns and Cancellations.
8. Intellectual property
The text and the illustrations are created by the authors and artists the company works with under contract. The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive and perpetual right to use the copy received for private purposes, including reading it, storing it and giving it as a gift.
No rights are granted for commercial reproduction, resale, inclusion in collections or adaptation. The author and the illustrator are credited in the edition.
9. Complaints
Complaints are submitted to box@flyleaf.su or to the address in section 1. The company replies within 14 days of receipt. The procedure for print defects and loss in transit is set out in Returns and Cancellations.
10. Governing law and disputes
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
Supervisory authorities:
- Commission for Consumer Protection — 4A Slaveykov Sq., Sofia 1000, Bulgaria, tel. 0700 111 22, kzp.bg;

Disputes may also be referred to the alternative dispute resolution conciliation commissions at the Commission for Consumer Protection.
11. Final provisions
The company may amend these terms; contracts already concluded remain governed by the version in force at the time of their conclusion.
These terms were drawn up in Bulgarian. In the event of a difference in interpretation between the Bulgarian and the English version, the Bulgarian version prevails.
