1. Digital tales
A digital tale is sent by e-mail with a download link and requires no physical delivery. Production time — 7-10 working days from receipt of payment and of all the materials.
If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder and write to box@flyleaf.su — we will send it again.
2. Printed items
- Printed book — 10-15 working days to produce, then dispatched.
- Printed postcard — 5-7 working days to produce, then dispatched.
Production times do not include the carrier's transit time.
3. Where we ship
We ship printed items to the countries of the European Union and to Indonesia.
The delivery method — courier or postal service — is agreed with the customer when the order is confirmed: the choice depends on the address and on how quickly you need the parcel.
If your address is outside these destinations, write to box@flyleaf.su and we will check whether shipping is possible.
4. Delivery cost
- within Bulgaria — on request;
- to other European Union countries — on request;
- to Indonesia — on request.
The delivery cost is stated when the order is confirmed, before payment.
Any local import taxes and duties are payable by the recipient; no such charges arise for parcels within the European Union.
5. Delays and risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the moment you, or a person nominated by you, take possession of the parcel.
If the carrier delays the parcel, we chase it and keep you informed. If the parcel is lost, section 4 of Returns and Cancellations applies: we replace the item or refund the payment.
